I purchased a supposed open box HomeTroller Plus on EBay. The unit looks new and was in the box with all cables and power wart. When I try to register it says that it is a HT-Plus G2. However, printed on the Unit bottom it says Model HT-Plus-G1. The affixed sticker just above that says Model HT-Plus-G2 with a 6 digit license ID in red and a password in red that starts HTLP followed by 5 numbers. When I try to perform the initial registration it says that this license/password combination is not valid. I cannot register this Unit??

You will have to have the license transferred to your name before you will be able to register it as well.-Rupp
