can't connect to my HomeTroller Zee

Hi,
I can't connect to hy HomeTroller Zee. It is plugged directly in my router. The router is working bc I can connect separately from my computer to it. First time I have had this issue. I reset the controller. Then used the link http://find.homeseer.com. Then click on search when it prompts me in Chrome browser, but it does not find anything. I have tried it over 10 times.
Also on the lights on the controller as I was looking at online user guide...the picture shows the lights as: 100 - green; LNK - green; FDX - green; PWR - green and ACT - red.
My controller shows the lights as: 100 - green; LNK - green; FDX - green; PWR - red and ACT - red.

Any help or suggestions?

Your best bet at this point is to connect a monitor and keyboard to the hardware and see what is shown on the screen.
