    Hello,
    I have been using Homeseer SEL for about 4 years and I finally updated the mono to 5 with instructions that I found here https://helpdesk.homeseer.com/articl...-sel-to-mono-5
    Ever since then I seem to be having some sort of connection issue. I could remotely access my Homeseer but I am not able to check for updates and I can't load new plugins.

    I tried to restart my modem, router, and my Homeseer device but nothing seems to be working.
    If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
