Device controlled by Temperature Sensor

Hello, I am new to HomeSeer and Z-Way world.

My intention is to have air circulating in room based on temperature at ceiling:
Temperature Sensor <70F - Fan Off
Temperature Sensor 70F-75F - fan set to 60%
Temperature Sensor >76F - Fan set ON (100%)

I'm using HS - FS100 sensor
And GE 14287 Z-Wave Plus Wireless Smart Fan Control
