Event won't run

I've written a new event to turn on certain houselights if the light levels rop below a crtain value between 8am and sunset.

I set the trigger light level articially high to test it, but the event does not trigger. I am at a loss as to why not, so any help or pointers would be appreciated - perhaps the order in which I'm doing the tests?

The status flag 'Monitor Light' is ON; Security flag is OFF; the timer is working normally (a separate event resets it enery 2m10s); it's after 8pm and at least 4 hours before sunset. The current light level is 106 lux.

You don't really have a trigger, here, just conditions. Move your sensor light condition to the top and the event will fire the first time the light level goes below 200 lux, if all of the other conditions are true. That may not be exactly what you want, but it should get it working.

Thanks. I understand what you're saying about the actual trigger. I've moved the order around.
