hstouch notresponding on all of our windows pc's now

was working now all of a sudden all getting stuck on screens and the dreaded not responding in the windows title bar. Sometimes comes loose, others it does not.

Ideas??

noone else having these issues, is basically every pc in this house, win 7-10, androids are ok!

I can find a combination of designer/server/client that either works with windows or android but not both.
