HS3 Stopping

This makes the second time in two days that I found my HS3 frozen with the following error message. The funny thing is that the option to copy the error message doesn't work as its associated with HS3 program, soo.. used Snipit to copy the error message.

Can someone interpret the error message as to what's wrong and more importantly what is the fix?

On a side note I just noticed that my HS Log is now displaying two (see attached) which looks like the previous log before the freeze occurred and then the one above is after restart. Did I miss something in the recent updates?
