HS3 version 3.0.0.368 causing problems accepting setpoints

Since I have updated to 3.0.0.368 a while ago, I have problems with my StellaZ TRV's accepting setpoints. They are being sent, but instead of max 2 or 3 wakeups for them to take the new setpoint, sometimes they do not take it for hours if at all. Occasionally they still accept them within 2 or 3 wakeups. I can definitely say that reliability of my TRV's has gone down. I have the same problem with my Secure SRT321 room thermostat, which acts as the main thermostat for the house.

I see errors like these frequently:

Nov-08 12:31:39 Z-Wave Warning New Interface: Device (Node 21) woke up, but queued command failed to be sent. Command=Poll Device
