Devices Missing on pull down for Then Statements

I am creating events with some new devices. They appear on pull down for the IF side of the event statements in the pull downs for devices. However, these same devices do not appear in the pull down on the THEN side of the event statements for controlling the devices. I am running the latest beta. Any sense of what could be causing this?

Hit the print screen and paste in paint to show graphically what you trying to do you will find help much easily.

EDIT : IF is used for conditions and THEN for actions.

Like Eman wrote above, we need an example screenshot. Devices will only show up in "Then" (actions) if they can be controlled. If it is a status only device it will only be available as a Trigger (IF) or Condition (AND IF).

Thank you. I did have the devices at Status Only, which was the problem. I thought Status only meant there would be no control buttons on the web page. I didn't realize it meant that HS3 could not control the device as well.
        thanks
