Another solution is PHLocation, also free coupled with the phone app, such as EgiGeoZone. Between it and BI, we do not have any issues unless, of course, the Internet is down on our end.

Thanks Rvtravlr, I have seen a lot of people mention EgiGeoZone and PHLocation. The only part I don't know about is BI, but a lot are using it. Will go look at these as well.
