Location sort not working with hidden items

Location does not sort right when I have hidden items. When all are visible, the sort is correct.

Note on the image Location goes Back Deck, Basement, Krem Office, Back Deck, Basement. Reverse sort has same symptoms. Any ideas on what is happening?

Thought I read somewhere that sorting was based on root device of visible items. May be worth checking out how those are named.

That is correct. If Devices are grouped, the sorting is done on the parent. In Z-Wave devices the root is the parent.
