My entire Zwave network is down

Anything related to Zwave in homeseer is down and not working. I tried to restore to a previous version no luck, downgrade Zwave from beta to production still no good. I'm leaving for vacation first thing in the morning, any idea how to troubleshoot this?

I can go to other plugins but when I go to "manage plugins" or the zwave plugin it doesn't open.

What do you mean “it doesn’t open”? Is your Z-Wave Interface showing as connected in controller management?

after letting it sit for the night, the interface is reponding. However, when I do a full optimize, not of the devices can be reached.

So it seems like swithes are down, my NEM sensor and motion sensors are still reporting, so this mean the Zwave stick is good.

This can be caused by one device that has gone bad or died and is flooding the Z-Wave network with data. I've also had battery devices that have a low battery cause this same affect. Have you tried shutting off breakers and testing to see if you can isolate where the problem area could be?

Cycling power on the SmartStick seemed to work in his case. Probably not feasible from remote unfortunately.

I power cycled the whole PC which include the stick but no go

So what ended up saving my @$$ was unplugging the USB stick from the PC then reinserting in. let it sit then do a full optimization. One by one they started to come back.
