    Custom device management views

Say you apply a filter on the Device Management page. Is there a way to make that a View on the View drop down? Or some other way to make it persistent? Probably answered somewhere but I couldn't find it.
    Regards,
    Michael

Nope. Frequently requested, but not implemented. The filtering is persistent until changed, but cannot be saved as a favorite.

Well, dang! Guess that explains why I couldn't find it! Seems rudimentary. You're essentially performing a database query. In any dbms I've worked with it's a natural follow-on to be able to save that query. Seems odd that function isn't available.

A button up there on the right of the page where all those other buttons are (that I don't know what they do!) that would save the current page as a custom view.

Anyway, thanks for the quick response.
      Regards,
      Michael

Whilst not exactly what you want, you can use my device viewer and documenter in device view mode and save a particular filter combination as a URL:
