Multiple emails when an event occurs

    Hi.
I have a rain sensor, when this is activated an event raises awnings and sends an email notification.
This email is sent many times.
How can I make it so that it is only sent once ?, when it just starts to rain.

I have the same problem with sensors that tell me if the pool is too full or empty.

One way is under Options you can specify the event can't run again for a set time.

How much time is there between emails? Try going into the device settings for the rain sensor and putting a check next to “Do not update device last change time if device value does not change:”.

        Thanks for your answers.
        Sorry to answer late.

The rain sensor has a heater that dries it, then it still rains and sends mail.

I have solved creating an event that raises the awnings and specified that the event is not re run for 15 minutes.

I have created another event that sends mail when it rains and specifying that the event does not re run for 1 hour.

Today it rains and works properly.

        Thanks for your help !!
