If you just applied the 1809 update to your Windows 10 system you may not be able to connect remotely to the HS web interface and see this error in the logs:
"Error starting web server, port in use? Are you running a web server on the designated port? Edit settings.ini in the Config folder and change gWebSvrPort=## to a different port #. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions"
You may also find that HS continuously restarts due to HSSentry not being able to see HS on port 80.

Basically every time Windows 10 does a version update it re-enables the World Wide Web Publishing Service which also uses port 80. So you have to disable that service to free up the port.
Hope this is of some use to other people who have the same problem and are searching the forums for this error message or '1809'.
