Error Initializing

Hi Team,

Getting my HS3 Pro up and running and the Voice Client tells me that it can't initialize the voice recognition. I have attached a screen shot.

This is a fresh restore of a HomeTroller using the XPe SP3 restore disk I got from HomeSeer direct. How can I fix this?
