  • Time zone ahead one hour EST


    time is one hour ahead for EST on my HS3 device view page. The time is correct on all HStouch and mobil.
    I have restarted the S6 Controller and checked my windows clock and not sure where to go from here,

    I am guessing that MS put a time update / patch there for your version of Windows embedded to fix this issue.

    The issue has cropped up with every version of MS embedded from the beginning.

    Personally I would google your embedded version microsoft time patch to fix your concern.

      Thanks for the reply Pete.

      My version of Windows embeded standard 7 is not supported. Does homeseer have a reliable way to upgrade to Windows 10 or do they have an cost effective upgrade option for a new S6.

        My windows 8.1 computer running Homeseer jumped ahead today one hour at 2:18am EST.
        There is a one hour gap in data in my Grafana graphs at that time.
        I caught the time error 18 hours later.

          After you check the time on the win 7 0S or what ever OS you have you have to shut down the controller. I found I had to change the time in the lower right corner of the win 7 OS but until I actually pulled the plug on the S6 it did not take.
