Moved HS3 to new computer, startup log shows opening read only

I have Homeseer Standard version 3.0.0.500 installed on my old computer and just moved it to a new one. I did this by installing 3.0.0.500 on the new computer, then copied over all the files from the old computer to overwrite everything in the same folder on the new computer. The folder is the same on both, and both are Windows 7.

Homeseer seems to start up OK and there are no warnings, but when I look at the startup log it states it is opening the database as read only:

I have the entire logs folder set to Everyone-Full Control for the file permissions. There are no journal files in the folder. I have tried creating new events in HS3 and then shut down HS3 and started it again, and the events are still there.

Do I have a problem with the Mode=Read Only in the startup log?

No...the line with mode=read only is a normally seen log entry on boot up...
