What does this error mean at startup?

woke up this morning and my znet was unresponsive. No idea why... lots of errors trying to communicate to it over the night. rebooted it and HS3, and saw these errors in the log, even though everything seems to be working. Everything else in the log regarding the zwave IP seemed fine. any idea what these are?

That ZWaveControllers page warning will appear if you try to access the Z-Wave Controller Management page before the plugin is fully up & running.
