how to remove associated devices when removing a plugin

I have recently changed furnaces and had to change the thermostat .. from Ecobee to another one.

When I delete the plugin for Ecobee, I see that all the devices are still there ..

do I have to manually remove them .. or is there a more automated and thorough method.
