Win7 Pro PC locks up frequently

Just looking for a few pointers on this I have a win7 Prof PC running HS3 which locks up every three or so days and I think it is related to windows security competing with HS3. checked the system log and there is a long list of these messages that alternate every few mins or so

The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service entered the running state.
The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service entered the stopped state.
The Software Protection service entered the stopped state.
The Software Protection service entered the running state.

This may be normal or a cause of my issue any suggestions are welcome
