Associations not working (inovelli red switch with ilumin zwave bulbs)

I have an inovelli switch with ilumin z-wave bulbs I would like to associate

I have 4 bulbs to control with the one switch (one is in a lamp and the others are in the ceiling light)
When I first tried the associations (associated switch to lamp bulb) it worked (lamp bulb dimmed when I used dimmer switch)
Tried to associate the ceiling lights but the associated did not seem to work correctly (ie associate bulb instead of being associated with its status it is associated with its blue channel)

Anybody else use the inovelli switchs and ilumin z-wave bulbs?
