can somebody point out why this sometimes occurs? it continuous even after disabling hsphone temporary;

There is a chance of an event related to it still in action. Try and find it. (I could be wrong!)

i confirmed its not an event, i suspect it to be hsphone or some plugin

Can you look in the config folder and if you find a file about it either delete or remove and save it elsewhere. There could also be a file in the main HomeSeer (root folder) which could be like "hsphone.exe.config (for that am not sure because I have never used HSPhone. But check! (If it's there delete it!)

And also you are running WeatherXML, check if it's enabled and disable it.

Hmm no strange files there and no wheatherxml. When i restart hs3 its gone bu after sometime it appears however i am in the middle of adding some mqtt devices

any other ideas? rjh do you maybe have a clue? It continues even after disconnecting all plugins
