HS3 starts and opens a bunch of DOS windows

Something weird started happening very recently with no apparent reason. When HS3 starts, a bunch of CMD (DOS) windows pop up and stay open. See pic. Any ideas on how to stop this? (Windows 10 Pro)

Also, unrelated, HS3 crashes very frequently... how do I debug this?

Ha! That did the trick Thank you! I must have accidentally selected it when I was updating the plugins.
