Where can I find a current copy of the Speaker Client for HS3 on Win 7?

My HS3 is not starting the speaker client automatically and when I find it and start it, it refuses to connected. I have a remote speaker client on my 1.7 HS on Windose XP and it connects every time and I now use it to speak on behave of my HS3 system.

Where does the client have to be for it to start automatically. But either way, it seems my copy may be from an earlier version of HS (maybe HS2) as it won't connect no matter if I use the default localhost, use the local IP address, or even create a new user and use that and the password.

    Thanks,
    G

Under Other Downloads -> Utilities is 'HomeSeer Speaker Client'

Under Windows 10, what I did was
In Windows Explorer, search for shell:startup
In this folder, create a shortcut to the speaker client executable, in my case "C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer\Speaker\Speaker.exe"

My speaker client happily connects and speaks (HS3) no matter what usename/password credentials are entered, real or imagined. The vaunted HST security model in action...
