HS3. .log problem

Hi , I‘ve updated to the last Hs3 release.
I have often a problem to load the .log.
It often takes minutes.
I have tried to delete the log.hsd . It helps but after a while the same problem occurs.
What could be the reason ?

On HS restart or any time? What OS? What hardware?
I see a bit of a lag the first time I open the log after a restart. When I replaced my HDD with an SSD, the delay got much shorter. Once HS is running, my log opens instantly.
