SSL error just started happening today after an update

So after updating to the latest patches on windows server 2019 and restarting HS3, I am getting a ton of these errors in the log:

Authenticating SSL stream: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.

Error

Authenticating SSL stream inner exception: An unknown error occurred while processing the certificate

I don't understand why this has started, and it's very annoying. How can I debug this?

This usually means you are using an older version of TLS that is not being accepted
