Scheduler.dll cannot be found, but can be seen in root directory.

All of a sudden I am having a lot of errors and script and Alexa failures due to the following error. Can anybody help me get going, again?

Compiling script C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\scripts\SolarPositionScript.vb: could not find library 'Scheduler.dll'

I have tried copying the file over and a repair, too. No joy. Windows 10 desktop.

Have a look at these two threads, the first is brief and the second goes through detailed implementation

Thank you! I have gotten it running, but have not figured out exactly what is going on. It will start OK from the icon in the Homeseer directory, but not from the shortcut on the desktop. Everything looks OK, but there is something going on I haven't quite figured out. Thanks...
