How to find by node #?

My Log says:

Z-Wave Warning

New Interface: Device (Node 45) woke up, but queued command failed to be sent. Command=Poll Device

to track this down, I need to find the device - how do I find which one is Node 45? and, anyone know what this error means?

Go to Plug-ins/Z-Wave/Node information.

You can also type the node # in the filter field on the devices page.
