zwave plugin 3.0.0.64

When updating to 3.0.0.55 I just noticed that the most recent Zwave plugin version is 3.0.0.64.
I was running 3.0.0.60.
Is 3.0.0.64 available just jet, or dit I just not notice it before?
And where can I find the release notes of the different Zwave Plugin versions?

Not sure what all the enhancement/fixes are, but one important enhancement is the ability to (from the root device) to set up asscoiations from/to all end-points on multi-instance devices.

How is the procedures for that? Is that important for performance or cosmetic?
