I am using HS3 3.0.0.289 and trying to install a Global Cache Itach Flex Ethernet IR device. Homeseer does see it and when I try and add it nothing happens. If I add it manually it is the same. Nothing happens after I press add. I have restarted Homeseer after the install with no change. I also tried this on my test bed Homeseer system and resulted in the same behavior. Plug in sees the device but will not add it either automatically or manually added.
Using the non beta plugin I couldn get the IR learning function to work which is what I need.
What do I need to do to get this working??
