    Voice Command on by default

I surely must be missing something...

Is there an option so that when you add a device it doesn't by default now try and enable every child object to support voice recognition?

I added another half dozen devices today and didn't notice until my logs started getting filled up with these messages:
Warning Device ?Ground ?Floor ?Laundry Custom RGB Not all voice recognition commands for this device will be active.

even read only devices get enabled e.g. temp on a multisensory
surely it could be a bit smarter about which devices it enables.

For now I'll put it down to me having a bad day, but really keen to see if there is an option to change the default behavior for when I add the next lot.

Agreed. They did this during the echo work. I have maybe 20 to 30 devices I would use for voice outta 600.

They also added a way to bulk disable voice command. Tick the little box in front of each device (or child) then select the drop down box just under the word Device List. Select Disable Voice.

You sir just made my night. Totally didn't see that. That certainly makes fixing it up a whole heap easier.
