Plug-in list not populating

Is anyone else having issues with the plug-in list not populating? I am trying to download and most plug-ins will not load and have the perpetual pinwheel spinning next to them. Does any have any suggestions?

yes this is still happening with most 3rd party plug-ins

I think this is because Blade is moving and his server is down. The updater is looking for dozens of his plugins which it can't find. He back online now and everything seems to be running OK.
