This seems to be my week for HS3 gremlins. I installed 29 Cooper RF9540-N dimming switches perhaps 3 months ago. This weekend, one of those quit responding to HS commands. It operates manually fine, I have re-booted HS3, rescanned the device twice successfully (no log errors), optimized and full optimized it multiple times successfully (no log errors) and I audited it and found it has 43 neighbors. But, it still will not respond to commands. Any ideas?

Have you tried toggling the breaker to see if that resets it.cheeryfool -
Did you try rebooting the switch by cycling the power to the switch like previously mentioned? This solves this issue many times.Comment

I would try removing the device and re-add it. If this fails it's time for an RMA.Comment
