    Cooper Dimmer Won't Respond

This seems to be my week for HS3 gremlins. I installed 29 Cooper RF9540-N dimming switches perhaps 3 months ago. This weekend, one of those quit responding to HS commands. It operates manually fine, I have re-booted HS3, rescanned the device twice successfully (no log errors), optimized and full optimized it multiple times successfully (no log errors) and I audited it and found it has 43 neighbors. But, it still will not respond to commands. Any ideas?

Have you tried toggling the breaker to see if that resets it.

Did you try rebooting the switch by cycling the power to the switch like previously mentioned? This solves this issue many times.

Thanks Rupp, yes I did a power cycle with the breaker. That did not seem to change anything; still no response to commands.

I would try removing the device and re-add it. If this fails it's time for an RMA.
