Homeseer's web interface crashes

Every once in a while, I can no longer access my homeseer webpage. Homeseer still seems to be working, processing events, etc. But when I browse to it, it gives me a page can not be found. If I ssh into the server and restart Homeseer, still will not work. But if I restart the entire server, with a linux reboot command, everything comes back up perfectly and works again.

Any ideas as how to prevent this? or is there something specific I can restart besides the entire server?
