How do I do IF/THEN conditions on HS3/Rpi3B+?

I have successfully moved from HS2/XP to HS3 on an Pri3B+. One if IF conditions.

For example. IF the motion sensor is activated between sunrise/sunset then activate driveway spot lights for 10 minutes. I used to be able to do this fine on HS2 (non pro).

Also what about days of the week? If it's Sunday at 6:30PM speak, 'garbages day reminder'? I can do the time but not day option or IF option comes up.

What are my options here? Thanks

change "or if" to an "and if". The posts link in this thread were very helpful in getting my head wrapped around how HS3 works with events.
