Adding User to Web Page

New user to HS on the RPi3 but not to Homeseer. I set up hs3-pi with little problem but I can't seem to be able to add another user under the Network tab in Setup. I can input the new user name and password but the User Rights dropdown is greyed out. How can I get this enabled?

Are you logged into HS3 as an admin user when attempting this?

I believe that I'm logged in as Admin as the web page shows me as the User and that user name has Admin rights.

Which web browser are you using? If not Chrome give that a try.

Tried both IE and Chrome. Same thing on my tablet (Android running Chrome).

My guess is that it has to do with with your credentials. I just set a HS3Pi and have full access to users and was able to set up multiple users.
Wish I could help more.

You have to add the user first, save it then go back and change the permissions.
