Link to HS3 for Pi not working - 404 - Fixed!

Does anyone have a working link?

I just clicked on the link in the .pdf and it worked. Are you receiving an error when you click on the link?

I'm on Windows so that may be the difference.

Yes that's the first link - the 3rd (and last) link there is the one I need and can't get to work. "HS3 for Pi3 Tar"
