Are all plugins available for the PI version?

No, some are only available for Windows. You can check the updater for which plugins are available.

Thanks Rupp but I only have HS3pro on a windows box now, so I really can't see all plugins for PI from there, right? I am planning a project with HS3 and would like to see what is possible with a PI box.

Obviously once you install on the Pi you will only see plugins listed that are compatible with that version.

To check in advance you could pop onto the HomeSeer website, go to the Shop, go to Plugins, and tick the Windows/Linux option in the left column.

Thanks Tillsy. I googled and found some plugins. Two are promising, being that one uses an Arduino and the other can only read on/off states in PI I/O ports. Most likely I can accomplish what I want with just a PI and scripts. Promising.
