I upgraded to 3.0.0.550 to begin the upgrade to HS4. After entering "find.homeseer.com" then selecting "maintenance" version 1.0 still comes up verses 1.1. So at this point, I'm not sure how to do the upgrade to HS4. Something must be working incorrectly during the upgrade even though the software seems to work fine.
Update: Although this reflects reverting back to 548 in my preparation to re-upgrade 550 a second time it shows that the download failed of the tar (assume it contains 911 option), it also said the same thing when I then upgraded to version 550. Appears I lose the connection each time. Access is turned on the Labs tab.
