  • Worx Landroid lawn mower plugin anyone?

    Hi,

I just got my Worx Landroid S WR106SI lawn mower robot. I don't believe there is any plugin yet, but if I missed something, let me know.

There is no public API, but it seems quite easy to communicate with the robot. So I am tempted to write a plugin myself.

Is there any interest in such plugin? I believe that all models with WiFi communicate the same, so it should be ease to support most/all models, as long as they support WiFi (and I believe all models from 2016 have WiFi).

Let me know if you are interested in a Worx Landroid plugin, and maybe even do some testing during development.

    Thanks!

Yeah, it seems relatively simple (especially compared to the Neato robot plugin I wrote recently). And the status devices are great, however I definitely want to control it as well. I have a working sample already.

I choose to use the (undocumented) Worx Landroid Cloud API, for full control of the Landroid. First beta is available (just submitted to HomeSeer, should be available in a few days). More info and screenshots here: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/3r...bot-lawn-mower
