But how do you set up HS to recieve IR signals as a trigger ?
Sorry, I didn't actually check if I could poll manually before I posted.
In my case HS is running on Raspberry pi, so I could add an ir reciever to the GPIO inputs and use the GPIO addon in Homeseer. Don't you think?
And if you're running HS on a windows machine I'm sure it wouldn't be very hard to get an ir reciever to interact with HS

    • Does this plugin work with the latest Harmony Hub

Has anyone used this plugin and verified it works with the current Harmony Hub (the one that can be controlled also from Smartphones)?

Looks like a normal hub to me, so I assume it will work.

        • Can't Download Harmony Hub from HS3 Store

Just picked up a Harmony Hub and set it up. Every time I try to download the Harmony Hub plug-in from the HS3 plug-in manager Interfaces and Add-ins, it fails with "Error saving the downloaded file: error"

I can download other plug-ins without a problem.

Is there something wrong with the Harmony Hub plug-in on the store?

I've tried it myself and it works in my test environment.

            • Thanks, Rien. I was able to download it on Sunday morning, so it was a temporary problem.

Did you actually read the post I linked? For lazy:
Here are Logitech’s instructions if you want to opt into the beta now:
Launch the MyHarmony software on your desktop computer.

From the login page, press the following keys to access the tool:

                      On Windows - Press Alt + F9

                      On Macs - Press Fn + Option + F9 or Option + F9.

Scroll down to the bottom where it says “FIRMWARE TO ENABLE XMPP. FOR DEVELOPERS ONLY.”

Be sure to read through the short warning and disclaimer to understand the impact of installing this firmware.

                      Click on Update Firmware.

Plug in your Harmony Hub via USB and click on Install.
