SMTP email support for 'outlook.com"

Does HS3 support SMTP email for servers such as outlook.com or gmx.com?

I've tried multiple configurations not having success, verified and reverified the login user/password. This is the error.


Authenticate as SSL client failed. You might be connecting to non SSL port.

smtp.live.com, smtp-mail.outlook.com They seem to want TLS which isn't an option.

I've tried SSL checked, and not.

Maybe things have changed but I now that this in fact did not work at some point. Therefor I purchased UltraSMTP which is capable of doing this, and I am using it ever since.
