HS3 .312 and Z-wave .102 -> Errors while performing Full Optimize

I've noticed similar behaviour. This is after start from scratch with a z wave network ERASE and re-include everything on Z-wave .110 and HS3 .313. After a few repeats it works fine.

It's been along time since I did a complete optimize + full optimize, and I thought it was time as I've been adding more nodes to the network, and removing some old ones.
There are roughly 60 nodes to optimize, the last 10-15 are battery powered.

The normal optimize did what it should do..

At first it seemed like the Full Optimize did too.
However, when it hit node number 30 to optimize (Node 51), it started to fail, and the log showed this:

HS3 can reach all of my nodes, no problem.

I'm performing another Full Optimize, and it started failing again when it tried to optimize Node 51, but when it got to Node 57 it started working again.
