478 cannot set z-wave switch settings

I am getting the error below when trying to save z-wave settings (ramp rate & etc) on any z-wave switch in my network. Same problem for both HS and GE switches.

Exception sending configuration data to [Device Name]: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Edit: HS3 is running on Windows 10

Just started getting this myself after trying to set some settings on an aeotec multisensor 6 as well as other devices... seems to be all devices. :-/

This might just be a UI thing...in the log I do see "Changing Aeon Labs Auto-Reporting Group 1 information setting for node 61 to value 0xF1" -- so it looks like it's actually setting the value requested, but there's something incorrect about the return value? or how it's being received?

--my HS3 version is up to date.
