I was able to recover my system by restoring the z-wave.ini file. On windows (c:\program files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Config) The interfaces section did not list my controllers.

This usually means the controller(s) are not connected. What kind of controller are you using?

    HSE 3.0.0.495 Controllers Missing

Upgraded today to 3.0.0.495 (windows) to restore mobile app access.

All of my devices are still listed but are non responsive.

When I go to Plugins > Z Wave > Controllers, my 3 controllers name and HomeId are listed but this error is displayed by each one

This network has no active interfaces enabled for it, and it has no objects or
HomeSeer devices tied to it. If this network will not be used again, please
use the functions at the end to remove this network and all associated
network data. (Restart the plug-in after removing the interface before
    attempting the removal.)

If I go to Plugins > Z Wave > Node Information

The number of nodes for each network is listed as 0 and the interface name has this error: There are no interfaces initialized for this network.
