HS3 Beta testing- things gone very quiet

I've noticed reports back on the current round of Beta testing are fairly sparse. I can only assume one of two things. Either the Betas are rock solid and there's nothing to report or users are too busy doing other things. This is a far cry from the previous round of Beta testing.

i can report that I'm currently running HS3 v528 on a Rock64 using Armbian Bionic and unlike previous Beta testing memory leaks are not an issue this time. I'm not sure when the next production release is of HS3 is scheduled for but all I have to report is that so far so good.

.531 was released as a production version shortly after .528 and .534 was recently released as a production version as well: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...-release-notes

Oops. Missed that one. Thanks. I'll give it a try later. Things have been quiet on the Beta front though.

Here have been running V531 HSPro on Intel based Ubuntu 18.04 / 64 bit with no problems.

        Tested HS3 Lite V531 on

1 - AMD dual core mini computer 2 Gb RAM 18.04 64 bit to run fine
        2 - Pine64 2Gb computer running Armbian 18.04 64 bit to run fine
3 - Octocore Arm S912 chip based TV Box 3Gb RAM running Armbian 18.04 to run fine
4 - Currently testing BeeLink BT3 Pro / 4Gb RAM 64Gb eMMC running Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit and a Win7E virtual box and it is running fine (along with HA)

V531 has been running many weeks now so it is time to update to V534.

Yes here found one little quirk. The mother ship now sees all of the camera links in your HSTouch screens. I had one link not going to an active camera and went to a once per second camera HSTouch camera error which I fixed toot suit and now doing OK with V.534.

Yeah here still do the manual update via the homeseer update script via SSH.

                  Steps that I do...

                  1 - stop HS3
2 - back up directory HomeSeer to HomeseerSeerBUV531
                  3 - run updatehs.sh

test start it and watch it via SSH and ./go

Shut down HS3 and reboot device. It takes about 15 minutes from soup to nuts.

If something doesn't work or I cannot get it to work then restore backup directory.

Naughty me. I just stop HS3 service at the CLI, wget and tar and start the service again. Takes about 30 seconds and HS3 is back up and running on the new version. No backup but my HS3 config hasn't changed in over a year so I'll forgive myself on this occasion.
