Voila, you're back where you started without the need to scroll back down and find the device again. The original tab won't reflect the changes you just made, but it's still better than doing all that scrolling.

I don't know where one gets the idea that the WEB is dead because for development I see it being very much alive. I sure hope that HS4 arrives is not going to have to require a mobile device to do development. That would be one of the worst design decisions that anyone could make. The development side has to stay web either web based where we have better tools, screen sizes and the ability to use any web browser to access the development tools.
