Cannot control one Z-Wave light. Log states has been added to the Wake-Up queue?

I just had a strange issue where one of my HS-WD200+ switches cannot be controlled by HS. When I try to do anything to control it via the web interface, nothing happens and I get he following message in the logs:

Aug-25 5:00:16 PMZ-WaveHS-ZNet: Switch Multilevel Value 0 (Off) has been added to the Wake-Up queue for Kitchen Main Floor Kitchen island light

I have tried re scanning the parent device and restarting the Z-Wave controller (Z-Net) as well as restarting HS.

Anyone have any ideas?
