Assigning Virtual Device values from a text file

I would like to input about 30 values from a text file and assign them to 30 Virtual Devices.

Whilst I could do this in old versions of vb, my limited knowledge of vb.net means I am stuck on how do to do this in a script to be used in HS3.

It's the syntax for file input and output that I am struggling with.

Can anyone help with how I get started with this?
